Glow Pickleball: launching a new Friday-night experience.

SERV · October 2026 · A social-first campaign promoting glow-in-the-dark pickleball, live DJ entertainment, and evening registrations.

$119Reported paid advertising spend
Max capacityReached within three weeks of launch
$1,765.508–10 PM sales across four Fridays, excluding private events

The challenge

Introduce a new weekly entertainment experience and turn social media awareness into event registrations, walk-in participation, and guest spending.

The campaign

Promoted Friday-night glow pickleball through paid and organic social content, highlighting the DJ, glow games, and registration experience.

What the data showed

Sales from 8–10 PM, excluding private events, were $291 on October 2, $757 on October 9, $134 on October 16, and $583.50 on October 23, totaling $1,765.50 across four Fridays (average $441.38 per Friday). The event reached maximum capacity within three weeks of launch.

Optimization insight

October 23 sales were 335.4% higher than October 16, though below the October 9 peak. Compared participation and sales by time window and identified opportunities to improve on-court service and guest conversion. DJ costs were reported at $350 per night.

Sales figures reflect reported venue transactions during the consistent 8–10 PM window, with private events excluded; they are not necessarily revenue directly attributable to advertising. Registration and operating costs are shown separately; no ROI claim is made.
